Sokat gondolgodtunk amíg rászántuk magunkat egy rendszer felszerelésére, de nem bántuk meg. Azóta nyugodtak vagyunk, mert bármikor láthatjuk mi folyik a ház körűl. Köszönjük!

A kérésünk hamar teljesült és maximális együttműködés után felszereltük a kamerákat, amiket azóta is rendszeresen használunk.

Az első kamerákat más szerelte fel nekünk jó pénzért, de sok dolgot nem tudott megoldani amit szerettünk volna. Ezután jöttek hozzánk Szabolcsék és rakták rendbe az összecsapott vezetékeket, kamerákat és beállításokat. Azóta az üzletünkben felszerelt kamerával és mikrofonnal folyamatosan követhetük otthonról az alkalmazottainkat, hogy időben nyitnak vagy zárnak-e és hogyan is kezelik az Ügyfeleinket. Szinte azonnal megoldódik telefonon a problémánk, ha netán elkutyulunk valamit, mert a rendszer több éve tökéletesen működik. A laptopomat is Szabolcs tartja karban, ha problémám akadna.

Egy olcsó "nagyáruházas" rendszert cseréltettünk le olyan eszközökre amiket nekünk ajánlottak. Megbíztunk az ajánlatukban és ma is megcsináltatnánk, ha nem lenne már meg ! :)

Több kissebb üzletemet is figyelhetem egy helyről, ami hatalmas segítség. A rendszerhez évek óta nem kellett hozzányúlni, csak ha valami bemondta az unalmast, de ebben az esetben is nagyon hamar orvosolva lett a probléma. Amiért külön hálás vagyok, hogy nem csak a kamerák hanem a számítógépeim karbatartását is megoldják nekem.

Már több esetben segített, hogy felszereltük a kamerákat. Volt már lopás, hamis pénz és fegyveres rablásunk is és mindig jól jött, hogy visszakereshettük az eseményeket.

Sokszor megesett, hogy megvádolták az eladóinkat, hogy nem akkora címletből adnak vissza, mint amit átadtak, elloptak vagy megrongáltak ruhákat. Az üzletet figyelő kamerával ezek kiderítése már nem jelent problémát.

Pár hónapja vírus szedi áldozatait a különböző rögzítők között. Mivel olyan tüneteket produkálnak a rögzítők mintha belső tápegység hibásak lennének, az elején még erre gyanakodtunk, aztán amikor sorozatban feküdtek ki a rögzítők, számunkra és a gyártók számára is egyértelművé vált, hogy másról van szó! A lényeg, hogy a gyártó által szabadon hagyott porton bemegy a kártevő és beleír a rögzítő szoftverébe, aminek rendszere az első újraindítás alkalmával összeomlik és nem tud elindulni. Szinte minden itthon kapható rögzítő márkát érint a dolog. A Dahua rögzítőket már hónapok óta, de már hallani, hogy a HikVision DVR-ek és más kínai DVR-ek is megkapják ezt a vírust.

Minden rögzítőt más mértékben érint a probléma! Találkoztam olyan rögzítővel, ami működött tökéletesen, de nem engedett be az ADMIN felhasználóval, olyan is volt, hogy a rögzítő hálózati kezelését vágta tönkre, például kitörölte a MAC address-t, de a legtöbb esetben a jelenség annyi, hogy a rögzítő POWER ledje világít, semmi más nem és az indulás utáni sípolás is elmarad!

Sajnos, eddig a Dahua az egyetlen, aki tudja kezelni a problémát, ha már megtörtént a baj, a HikVisionről nem tudom, hogy van-e megoldásuk a problémára vagy sem, az olcsó (főként XMEye szoftvert használó) DVR-ek esetében jelenleg, csak a garanciális időben bízhatunk.

Mit tehetünk ellene? Pontosan senki nem tudja. A routerek beépített tűzfala erre a problémára semmit sem ér. Két dolgot tehetünk!

1. Változtassuk meg az alapértelmezett felhasználókat (ADMIN és USER)

2. A routerben vegyük ki a DMZ beállításból a rögzítő IP címét és csak a szükséges portokat nyissuk meg, bár az új p2p eléréses rögzítőknél elvileg már ezzel sem kell bajlódni.

Ha a probléma mégis fenn áll, hívjanak bizalommal!

Ismét gond a DDNS címekkel!

Sajnos, most kellett tapasztalnom, hogy a NO-IP szolgáltató, minden kezdeti öröm ellenére elkezdte a felhasználók kitiltását, valószínüleg a következő okok miatt:

Mint az köztudott a legtöbb DDNS szolgáltató, ha nem változik a hozzá beregisztrált HOST-hoz csatlakozó intenetkapcsolat IP-je 30 napig, akkor egy ellenörző levelet küld, amiben egy megerősítő linkre kattintva kérhetjük a HOST további fenntartását. Ha folyamatosan változik az IP, akkor ilyen gond nincs, de legtöbb esetben egy router ha gyorsan csatlakozik újra, könnyen visszakapja ugyanazt az IP-t amin addig működött a kapcsolatunk.

Mivel sok felhasználó nem tudta értelmezni ezen leveleket, én intéztem ezt a regisztrációt és több átirányitás után intéztem a hosszabítást, amennyiben erre szükség volt. Sajnos ennek most vége, mert valahogy szűrni kezdték az azonos IP-ről érkező hosszabbításokat, regisztrációkat.

Megint csak pár lehetőségünk maradt, hogy elérjük a rögzítőnket távolról:

1. Előfizetünk FIX IP szolgáltatásra az internet szolgáltatónknál ("T" szolgáltató esetén csak üzleti előfizetéshez kérhető) és a távoli eléréshez használt szoftverünkben (PSS, iDMSS, gDMSS) átírjuk az eddig használt HOSTnevet erre a címre.

2. Saját magunk regisztrálunk (saját email címmel) a NOIP.COM oldalon egy hostnevet.

3. Használjuk a DVR saját szerverét és itt regisztrálunk hostnevet. Régebbi rögzítők esetében ezt a lehetőséget sajnos ki lehet zárni. Új rögzítők a QUICK DDNS vagy DAHUA DDNS szervert támogatják.

Minap megkaptam az értesítést a DynDNS.com-tól, hogy a szinte már végletekig lebutított ingyenes HOST-okat 30 napon belül megszűntetik! Aki DYNDNS.ORG végű címet használ a rögzitője vagy más egyéb eszközének eléréséhez, az ne csodálkozzon azon, ha a közel jövőben egyszer csak elérhetetlenné válnak eszközei. Itt az idő, hogy ha kell, váltson az ingyenes NO-IP.COM-ra!

Váltson NO-IP.ORG-ra!

A megoldás nem minden esetben egyszerű! Akinek kb. két évnél fiatalabb TP-Link routere van, annak valószínüleg nem lesz problémája, csak regisztrálni kell egy új címet (pl. a NO-IP.COM-on), majd be kell állítani az új dinamikus DNS-hez tarozó adatokat. Aki D-LINK routerrel rendelkezik, az használhatja a D-LINK saját, DLINKDDNS.COM szerverét (csak regisztrálnia kell! - egy cím, egy HOST), valamint ha viszonylag új DVR-je van, akkor használhatja annak saját szerverét (ha van - Dahua-nak van), vagy a DVR menüjében megtalálható más ingyenes DNS szervert (pl. a Dahua is támogat több ingyenes DNS szolgáltatót is, köztük a NO-IP.COM-ot is!).

Azért nem kell elkeseredni, mert ha minden kötél szakad, akkor egy router cserével, vagy a DynDNS előfizetésével, netán egy borsos FIX IP szolgáltatás igénylésével (az adott internetszolgáltatónktól), végképp orvosolható a probléma!

gDMSS Android

Aki rendszeresen frissíti az Androidos alkalmazásait, az bizonyára rájött, hogy pár hete nagyot váltott a Dahua az Androidos szoftverének a felületén és működésén. Végre lehetségessé vált a rögzített anyag visszanézése, egy rendkívűl egyszerű kereséssel, akár több kamerán is egyszerre. Már nagyon vártuk ezt a lehetőséget és van egy kis félelmem, hogy ez a funkció nem marad végleg az ingyenes verzióban, különben miért is lenne értelme megvásárolni a fizetős programot, bár a maga ezer akárhányszáz forintjával az sem olyan ördögien nagy kiadás. Reméljük alakítanak még a programon, hiszen a bevitt rögzítők adatainak mentése nekem még nagyon hiányzik, de legalább a Dahua (vagy Quick) DDNS szolgáltatás elérése már lehetséges, csak még nagyon lassú. De idővel...
